T2 works with its preferred distributor to provide customers a free lighting audit and comprehensive analysis of cost, payback, ROI, and regional rebates and tax credits.  In addition the analysis shows the positive environmental impact.

The proposal and analysis make decisions very clear to our customers. Some customers even hesitate because the savings seems too good to be true.  Well, the savings are real, and if you don’t believe us, we have references and literature available!  Many high-efficiency lighting products have less than a 1-2 year payback period with rebate and tax credit programs.

Unlike other consultants and suppliers, T2 is able to leverage its installation experience to provide
practical advice for determining and meeting customer needs.  In coordination with distributors and factories, specified new products can be presented or mocked up for property managers and building services to evaluate.
